3patte Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3patte platform available at 3patte.bet (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3patte Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3patte reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Use of the 3patte Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active 3patte account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3patte enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through our self-exclusion tools or by way of administrative action by 3patte.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3patte takes underage gaming very seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct an age verification review, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. Any winnings generated during a period in which the player did not meet the eligibility criteria will be forfeited.

Each eligible player may register and maintain one single account on the 3patte Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, 3patte may request the following documents at any point:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposit activity warrants enhanced due diligence

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 3patte processes KYC submissions within 2 business days in the majority of cases.

All transactions on the 3patte Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3patte does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to player accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your verified 3patte account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account cashier and may vary based on your account verification tier and payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 3patte cashier team within 24–48 hours of submission. Processing times thereafter depend on your selected payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically near-instant once approved; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's settlement schedule.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals can only be returned to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, except where expressly permitted by our cashier team.
• 3patte does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Any balance subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

All bets and wagers placed on the 3patte Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, as published within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule takes precedence for that product only.

Sports Betting: Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet is placed on a clearly erroneous price resulting from a technical error. 3patte reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and will notify affected players within 48 hours.

Live In-Play Betting: Bets on live cricket, PSL fixtures, basketball, and other in-play markets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. 3patte may suspend in-play markets temporarily during key match events (e.g., wicket reviews in cricket, foul reviews in basketball). Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles on 3patte use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the game information panel. Live casino tables use real dealers streamed in real time.

• 3patte does not guarantee winnings on any game or betting market.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game that prevents completion, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3patte offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and PSL-season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time of activation.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly on each promotion page.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed KYC verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• 3patte reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been activated by a player.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts that notify you of elapsed playing time at intervals you define.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). Account access is blocked for the full duration with no early reinstatement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patte Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing deposit limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game interface.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixers, or third parties to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the 3patte infrastructure not intended for public use.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Charging back a deposit via your bank or payment provider after wagering the funds on the Platform.

3patte cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 3patte may report the matter to the Financial Monitoring Unit of Pakistan, international gaming regulators, or other applicable authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

All content on the 3patte Platform — including but not limited to the 3patte brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3patte or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Create derivative works based on 3patte content or game interfaces.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform.
• Use the 3patte name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 3patte.

Any unauthorised use of 3patte intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patte, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond 3patte's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information or odds displayed on the Platform, which are provided for gaming purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 3patte's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3patte account during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3patte collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 3patte.bet/privacy-policy.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and customer support. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

3patte stores all personal data on encrypted servers and applies industry-standard security practices including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Detailed information on data retention periods, your rights under applicable data protection law, and how to submit a data subject access request is set out in the Privacy Policy.

3patte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 3patte has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Continued operation of the account presents an AML or fraud risk to 3patte or other players.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 3patte support. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's last-used payment method following final account review.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or administrative — all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits will be forfeited with no right of appeal.

3patte aims to resolve all player disputes and complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, a specific bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact our 24/7 support team via Live Chat from within your logged-in account. The majority of queries are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
2. Step 2 — Email: If your issue is not resolved via Live Chat, submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with your account ID, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority under our international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request.

Please note: all betting and gaming decisions are final once confirmed. Disputes regarding the outcome of settled bets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement.

3patte may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the financial operation of the Platform — 3patte will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via email and an in-platform notification banner.

Where changes are non-material (for example, minor clarifications of existing clauses, correction of typographical errors, or updates to contact information), they may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 3patte Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patte holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits 3patte's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach of these Terms involving intellectual property rights, prohibited conduct, or fraud.
